JOHOR BARU: A web designer wor­king in Singapore was forced to service a monthly instalment of RM1,700 for a car which he sold to a secondhand car dealer in September 2012.

Yeong Chee Heng, 32, said he sold his Toyota Caldina, purchased in 2010, to a secondhand car dealer in Plentong after signing all the necessary documents.
