KUALA LUMPUR: The MCA is firm in opposing hudud and as such, Barisan Nasional would not have the consensus to implement the law, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
“Barisan Nasional must work by consensus. If the MCA is firm in disagreeing, then there is no consensus,” he said after chairing the party’s presidential council meeting at Wisma MCA here, Tuesday.
