GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) will submit a tariff review proposal to the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) for approval next week.
In the proposal, there is no increase for the first band of consumption from zero to 20 cubic metres per month (equivalent to 1,000 litres).
