GEORGE TOWN: It is Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng’s head that should roll should water rationing be imposed by the water authority in Penang, said state MCA deputy chairman Tan Teik Cheng.
He said Lim who threatened the Penang Water Supply Corporation (PBAPP) that “heads will roll” if water rationing is implemented, should be punished as well.
