KUALA LUMPUR: DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang and Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd have been asked by the High Court here to settle the former's defamation suit out of court.
Lim's lawyer Joanne Chua said Justice Yeoh Wee Siam has asked if the parties could go for a mediation to resolve the civil dispute.
