SHAH ALAM: Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim has once again defended the state water rationing exercise, saying that the two days on and two days off of water supply was the best method in addressing the water problems.
Khalid said on Wednesday the decision to come up with such an exercise was decided upon by a group of experts from the water industry, including State Secretary Datuk Mohd Khusrin Munawi.
