SHAH ALAM: The need to increase water tariffs in Selangor will depend on profits accrued from the water industry restructuring in the state.
Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim said if the state government could reduce the bulk raw water treatment services payment, then there would not be a need to increase tariffs in the state.
