SEPANG: Anxious family members who flew here to await news of their loved ones who were on board flight MH370 will be afforded formal briefings, informal discussions and treated with utmost sincerity and care, said Tan Sri Ong Ka Ting, the Prime Minister’s Special Envoy to China.
Formal briefings would be held when necessary, while the informal discussions would allow the families to talk about further details of the investigation.
