PETALING JAYA: The search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 is hugely dependant on weather conditions, according to the Australian body leading search and rescue operations in the southern Indian Ocean.
"Yesterday (Thursday), the conditions were not particularly good so the aircraft did a radar search and we made no sightings," said John Young, general manager of Australian Maritime Safety Authority's (AMSA) emergency response division.
