PUTRAJAYA: Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim turned up 90 minutes late at the Court of Appeal registry to sign his bail papers.
Anwar, 67, also filed an appeal against his sodomy conviction by the Court of Appeal on Friday and his sentencing of five years in jail.
