KUALA LUMPUR: A security guard was sentenced to 16 years jail and 20 lashes of the rotan for raping his younger sister twice.
Sessions Court Judge Manira Mohd Noor passed the sentence, handing out eight years and 10 strokes for each charge, to run consecutively, after the 28-year-old guard pleaded guilty to the charge.
