JOHOR BARU: Johor has already imposed water rationing in the Kluang district since last Tuesday as a precautionary measure, said the state public works executive committee chairman Datuk Hasni Mohammad.

Water levels at the Sembrong Timur water treatment plant serving the district dipped to 0.1m yesterday, and according to Syarikat Air Johor Holdings Sdn Bhd (SAJ), anything below 0.5m at the treatment plant is considered critical.
