KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Eastern Security Command (Esscom) director-general Datuk Mohammad Mentek says security has been beefed up along the border to southern Philippines. But the Semporna-born Mohammad agrees that no one can be 100% sure of stopping another armed intrusion into Sabah.
