MALACCA: The water disruption in many areas in the state has sparked worries that the authorities have started water rationing exercise without notice.

Rashidah Abd Rahim, 29, from Taman Pandan Maju said she called SAMB toll-free number at about 11pm to enquire about the sudden trickle at her home that lasted for hours.
