PETALING JAYA: Enforcement officers often face resistance from the public when conducting fogging and “search and destroy” activities to check the spread of dengue.

A Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) health department officer said council employees were often prevented by security guards from entering condominiums and service apartments.
