KUALA LUMPUR: The defamation suit filed by former Cabinet minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin against Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar and two others cannot be settled out of court.
The matter is set to go for a full trial after the parties could not reach an agreement during a mediation process.
