KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has congratulated his science adviser, Prof Emeritus Datuk Seri Dr Zakri Abdul Hamid (pic) for being awarded the Zayed International Prize for Environment 2014.
