KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has finalised its list of candidates for the Kajang state seat by-election and will submit it to the Barisan Nasional leadership for a final decision, said party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
Speaking to reporters at the MCA Chinese New Year open house on Friday, he said that the main consideration for the party’s choice of candidates was their winnable qualities.
