SHAH ALAM: MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai today announced the appointment of ex-Selangor MCA chairman Datuk Donald Lim Siang Chai as state MCA deputy chairman.
Liow, who currently heads Selangor MCA, announced the new line-up for the state which includes Lim after chairing the first meeting of Selangor MCA, here, today since the party election in December last year.
