PETALING JAYA: The Chinese business community has backed the MCA’s call for the nationwide crackdown on illegal immigrants to be postponed until after the Chinese New Year celebrations.
Malaysian Retailer-Chains Association president Datuk Nelson Kwok strongly supported the move, adding that the operations, which started on Tuesday, affected all sectors and would halt the nation’s economic growth in the long run.
