PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian was among the 21 people killed in Friday’s suicide assault on a popular restaurant in Kabul, Afghanistan, where militants opened fire on diners at close range.
Deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Hamzah said the Malaysian citizen was working for an international organisation, but declined to provide his name as they had yet to obtain permission from the victim’s wife to do so.
