KUALA LUMPUR: Devotees carrying the kavadi for Thaipusam at Batu Caves should adhere to the religious guidelines, Batu Caves temple committee chairman Tan Sri R. Nadarajah said.
He told a press conference yesterday that the management did not want to be an obstacle to devotees coming to perform their prayers, and appealed to kavadi bearers to comply with guidelines.
