Senior army officers withdraw case against Raja Petra

KUALA LUMPUR: The two senior army officers who filed a RM2mil defamation suit against blogger Raja Petra Raja Kamarudin over his sworn statement linking them to Mongolian woman Altantuya Shaariibuu's murder case withdrew their suit on Monday.

Raja Petra's counsel Jadadish Chandra told the media that High Court Judge Datuk Su Geok Yiam recorded the settlement without cost in chambers here.
