PETALING JAYA: China’s new ambassador to Malaysia, Huang Huikang, arrived here yesterday to replace Datuk Chai Xi, who served as ambassador for about three years.
Huang and his wife Zhao Shumei were greeted by officials from the Foreign Ministry and the Chinese embassy upon arrival.
