KUALA LUMPUR: Police arrested a 27-year-old Indian national in connection with the alleged murder of his wife, who was found dead with slash wounds on the neck and a stab wound to her chest.

“Forensic examinations show his wife, 28, has been dead three to four days,” said Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohan Singh at the Amber Business Plaza, where the woman was found dead in one of its units Friday evening by her husband and employer.
