KUALA LUMPUR: The man who ran amok at a restaurant in Bangsar and was shot by the police has been sent for mental evaluation after his lawyer told a magistrate’s court here that he “hears voices”.
Magistrate Nur Azura Murah suspended sentencing and ordered dispatch rider Rizlan Johan, 36, to be evaluated in Tanjung Rambutan after his counsel informed the court that he was schizophrenic.
