KUALA LUMPUR: Government and private hospitals cannot impose charges at will as the cost of treatment is controlled, the Dewan Negara was told Thursday.
Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya said patients unhappy with the charges could complain to the ministry.
