Car hijack boy reunited with family


KOTA KINABALU: A policeman has been detained and sent for psychiatric examination after he allegedly hijacked a vehicle with a child in it in the east coast district of Kunak.

The 33-year-old corporal, who was back home from his attachment at the Negri Sembilan police headquarters narcotics department, was found in the vehicle with five-year-old Mohd Said Maskor in Sandakan, some 100km away from Kunak and two days after the car was taken on Sunday.
