JOHOR BARU: An Indonesian worker was crushed to death by a beam at a construction site here where two of his countrymen had died of a similar accident months earlier.
In the latest case, Zaenudin Kartipay, 22, was working at Jalan Gaya 24, Taman Gaya, at 3pm on Thursday when the 60cm-long beam fell from the second floor and crushed his head.
