KUALA LUMPUR: The schoolteacher who fell to his death while hiking along the treacherous Bukit Tabur trail had previously asked his mother permission to do the trail, which she refused to give, the victim's brother revealed Wednesday.
Eric Ng Pee Tat, a 32-year-old science teacher at a private school in Shah Alam, fell to his death at the treacherous Bukit Tabur 8pm Tuesday night during a hiking expedition with his colleague David Spencer, 29.
