KUALA LUMPUR: Retired Election Commission deputy chairman Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar is writing a book on Malaysian electoral processes and democracy.
Wan Ahmad, who retired on Thursday, said he wanted to share his experiences in a fact-based book that could be used as an academic reference.
