Arrest warrant issued for Papa Gomo for failing to appear in court

SHAH ALAM: The Syariah High Court here has issued an arrest warrant for controversial blogger Papa Gomo after he failed to appear before the court in relation to a violation of an interim custody order involving his two daughters.

Justice Mohammad Adib Husain issued the warrant for Wan Muhammad Azri Wan Deris, 30, also known as Papa Gomo, after allowing an application by lawyer Datuk Mohd Zaidi Mohd Zain who represented his ex-wife Bellina Omar Sharifuddin Chin, 28.
