Ex-account executive jailed and fined for committing CBT


KUALA LUMPUR: A former accounts executive was sentenced to a six-year jail term and fined RM620,000 by a Sessions Court here on seven counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving more than RM600,000.

Originally, Heow Siew Chun, 40, was to be jailed for six years for each of the seven charges, which would total up to 42 years.
