KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed Jan 13 next year for mentioning a case involving former Transport Minister Tan Sri Chan Kong Choy who faces three counts of cheating former prime minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
The defence yesterday informed the court that they would file a letter of representation to the Attorney-General Chambers.
