KUALA LUMPUR: Ten driving academies and schools are suing the Federal Government, Road Transport Department director-general and three others over the 1Malaysia Licence Aid (BL1M) programme.
Under the BL1M programme, which was set up to make it easier for youths to train for and obtain motorcycle licences, those interested pay a mere RM199 fee to My E.G Services Bhd.
