KUALA LUMPUR: A tow truck operator was charged in a magistrate’s court here with two counts of murdering Arab-Malaysian Development Bank founder Hus-sain Ahmad Najadi and attempting to murder the victim’s wife.
Koong Swee Kwan, 44, who is initially known as Sei Ngan Chai (four-eyed guy) was brought before deputy registrar Rosmaniar Zainuddin to face the charges at about 11.10am yesterday.
