KUALA LUMPUR: The remand on the main suspect in the murder of Arab-Malaysian Banking Group founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi has been extended for another seven days beginning Monday.
Kuala Lumpur CID deputy chief ACP Khairy Ahrasa said it was to enable the police to conduct a detailed investigation on the motive of the murder before charging the alleged culprit in court.
