Three deny cheating umrah travel guides


PETALING JAYA: An umrah package entrepreneur, her daughter and son-in-law have claimed trial in a magistrate’s court here to two counts of cheating two mutawwif (umrah travel guides) of RM100,050.

Rohayah Asmuni, 51, her daughter Nurul Azrikin Azman, 31, and Nurul’s husband Muhammad Alif Haziq Aman, 23, were jointly accused of cheating Mohd Yatim Abu Idras, 57, who is a mutawwif, by deceiving him to hand over RM79,550.
