GEORGE TOWN: Former CEO and director Datuk Teddric Jon Mohr was fined RM20,000 by a High Court on Tuesday after he was found guilty of contempt of a court order and committing perjury.
High Court judge Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim ordered him to pay the fine and write an "unconditional and unequivocal" apology letter to CIMB Bank Bhd within 10 days from Tuesday.
