GEORGE TOWN: R.S.N. Rayer is giving Gerakan acting president Datuk Chang Ko Youn another 48 hours to produce evidence and lodge a report with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission on his allegations of abuse of power by Penang Chief Minister.
The Seri Delima assemblyman challenged Chang to prove that Lim Guan Eng only sides with the rich and makes decisions without the approval of the state executive councillors and state planning committee, as alleged by Chang in a speech at the recent Gerakan state polls.
