KUALA LUMPUR: Talent crunch and brain drain are two of the major problems faced by key industries in the country, especially the high-end businesses, said deputy Human Resources minister Datuk Ismail Abd Muttalib.
Among the industries suffering talent crunch were the finance, manufacturing, electrical and electronic manufacturing, wholesale and retail, information and communication technologies, construction, property and hospitality sector.
