GOMBAK: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar on Tuesday urged national laureate A Samad Said to surrender to police over his involvement in a gathering where the Sang Saka Malaya flag was flown.

Activists Hishamuddin Rais and Adam Adli were arrested on Monday over their involvement in the same gathering.
