KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic flow to and out of the city here on the North-South Expressway (Plus) is reported to be smooth and under control.
A spokesman of the Traffic Control Centre of Plus Expressway Berhad said the traffic volume on several highways was expected to rise in the afternoon from people returning to the federal capital after the two-week school break and Hari Raya holidays.
