PUTRAJAYA: The idea to incorporate sex education in schools has turned into a public debate once more with civil society group Empower urging the Government to implement it soon.
Empower said sex education was not about increasing sexual activity among the young people but to inculcate the concept of respect and treatment of each other as human beings.
