KOTA TINGGI: Three foreigners were killed after they were struck by a boat propeller while trying to evade arrest by the marine police here.
The three, two men and a woman, were among a group of foreigners who were trying to slip out of the country through Ladang Rusa beach in Sungai Rengit here early yesterday morning.
