KUALA TERENGGANU: Terengganu PAS has poured cold water on DAP's call to boycott the Kuala Besut by-election.
PAS state commissioner Abdul Wahid Endut said it would not allow Barisan Nasional to retain the seat uncontested and said it would go "all out" to win the "crucial" by-election.
