EC: No need for polls inquiry panel

MALACCA: Election Commission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof said there is no necessity for the Selangor government to set up a commission of inquiry to investigate allegations of electoral fraud and election regulation violations in the state during the 13th general election (GE13).

He said any aggrieved party or political party member could resort to the courts to raise their grouses through an election petition.
