PETALING JAYA: Red tape and bureaucracy in the public delivery system must be minimised and public security improved to attract talent to Malaysia, says MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.
In welcoming the introduction of multiple entry visas for qualified foreign investors and fund managers, he said a good public delivery system and security were major factors for a business-friendly environment.
