GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Government wants the standard operating procedure (SOP) for rescue works to be modified following the collapse of the ramp leading to the still-under-construction Penang Second Bridge last week.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said engineering experts should be included in the rescue efforts as the incident involved technical problems and construction matters.
