PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has allowed an application by two former Special Action Unit personnel to appeal their conviction for the murder of Mongolian woman Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006, to include two new grounds.
The two additional grounds were to question whether the High Court was influenced by the "adverse publicity" surrounding the case and to include additional documents into the record of appeal.
